1. The task covered by the tender procedure includes the design and execution of construction works as part of the task "Construction of a sewage and water supply network together with connections in Rzepiennik Suchy, commune Rzepiennik Strzyżewski ". The order will be carried out in the 'design and build' formula.
2. The planned project includes the preparation of design documentation and construction and assembly works in the field of:
- construction of a gravitational sanitary sewage system made of PVC with a length of about 3 km,
- construction of sewage connections made of PVC with a length of approx. 2.2 km,
- construction of a pressure sanitary sewage network made of PE100 RC PN10 with a length of approx. 0.1 km,
- delivery and assembly of 1 set home sewage pumping station,
- construction of a water supply network with PE100 RC PN16 about 3.8 km in length,
- construction of water supply connections made of PE100 RC PN16 with a length of approx. 1.3 km.
Details of the subject of the contract were included in the functional and utility program (PFU) (part III) and WWiORB (part IV).

The above-mentioned lengths of the network are indicative and they were adopted by the Parties as the basis for the offer valuation of the subject of the contract and as such can not become the basis for the Contractor's claim for the performance of the scope of works thus adopted or the payment of additional remuneration if the length of the network exceeds that assumed in the contract scope of works.
