The object of the assignment is the provision of building cleaning services by the contractor on the exhibition grounds as well as the rented areas of Koelnmesse. Cleaning is to be carried out for the trade fair high-rise and high-rise 2 (lot 1) as well as for the trade fair guards and workshop (lot 2). The building cleaning services include services for cleaning the interior of the building, including furnishings, equipping and distributing hygiene articles and, if necessary, special cleaning.

The subject of Lot 1 is the cleaning of all offices including management rooms, corridors and entrance areas, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes as well as meeting rooms, recreation and special areas, such as new work, photo room, company doctor's room, sports room, shower rooms, canteen including outdoor canteen and elevators. The building cleaning services include services for cleaning the interior of the building, including the furnishings, equipping and distributing hygiene articles and, if necessary, special cleaning in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. The employee is entrusted with all cleaning services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and the calculation documents.

The subject of Lot 2 is the cleaning of the offices of the workshop as well as the rooms of the trade fair guards, the respective corridors and entrance areas, the sanitary facilities including shower facilities and the changing rooms, the kitchen as well as the lounges and special areas. The building cleaning services include services for cleaning the interior of the building, including the furnishings, equipping and distributing hygiene articles and, if necessary, special cleaning in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. The employee is entrusted with all cleaning services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and the calculation documents.
