1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of apparatus and tools for SPWSZ in Szczecin.

2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference, and in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendices No. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1A-1, 1A-2 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract in task no. 1 is the delivery and installation of surgical, neurosurgical and laparoscopic instruments for the SPWSZ in Szczecin. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for task no. 1 is attached as Appendix 1, 1.1 and 1A-1 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract in task no. 2 is the supply and installation of endourological apparatus and tools for SPWSZ in Szczecin. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for task no. 1 is attached as Appendix No. 1, 1.2 and 1A-2 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract in task no. 3 is the delivery and installation of bariatric instruments for SPWSZ in Szczecin. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for task no. 3 is attached as Appendix no. 1, 1.3 to the Terms of Reference.
