BNT - Barracuda - phase 3 - service continuity 3.2 - main works to divert networks and fluids

This contract notice concerns a submission of applications. This consultation is an ordinary market subject to the restricted invitation to tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2324-2 and R. 2361-2 to R. 2361-7 of the public procurement code. The land support facilities of the Missiessy area of the Toulon naval base, currently operated for the benefit of SNAs of the Ruby type or of the PACDG, must be adapted to accommodate the new nuclear attack submarines of the "Suffren" type. by meeting the necessary needs. This consultation is part of the general upgrading of these infrastructures, limited to the adaptation of the My03 basin and managed by the Barracuda Phase III Home Support program. This consultation concerns the maintenance of service continuity for fluids and more particularly the following works:

- wastewater network;

- rainwater network;

- fresh water network;

- demineralized water network;

- High pressure (HP) compressed air network;

- Low pressure (BP) compressed air network;

- natural gas network;

- electrical networks (cable pulling and connection);

- HT 10 KV network;

- 6.3 KV HV network;

- 5.5 KV HV network;

- LV 50 Hz network;

- HV / LV substation;

- low current networks (cable pulling and connection);

- BMS networks;

- telecommunications networks;

- networks of radio beacons;

- civil engineering for VRD works relating to the works to be carried out. In accordance with article R. 2142-7 of the public procurement code, obligation that certain essential tasks are carried out by the holder or one of the members of the group:

- earthworks;

- excavations;

- realization of the civil engineering of the gallery;

- installation of rainwater, wastewater and freshwater collectors.
