Description:
Procurement of centripe gear for Myllyahtee substation

Turku Energia Elektroverkot Oy renews the medium voltage apparatus of Myllyahtee substation. The mill yllyahtee substation is located in a rock cave, where supplies of goods and principal passage take place via a busily operated one-way three-lane street. The substation facilities do not allow for much storage. The provider is responsible for the intermediate storage and logistics of the material in its entirety. Each bidder must participate in a visit organised by the Subscriber in accordance with a separate guideline.

The acquisition includes all supply parts listed in the Annexes to the Invitation to Tender, designed, installed, deployed, probed and documented, with all the necessary equipment and documents, as well as operating training. The acquisition also includes all the necessary construction engineering work. In addition, the acquisition includes the removal and processing of the old instrument, the dismantling and processing of cables in accordance with the Subscriber's environmental programme and the laws and regulations of Finland.

The replay of the central voltage range is carried out so that the substation has 1 main transformer and half a centre-voltage battery at all times. The replay of the instrument will be implemented in two parts. In the first section, the side of the B-rail is renewed. Once the B rail is fully implemented, a replay of the A-rail dash is started.

The planned contract period for the acquisition is from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

The acquisition includes all aspects below as planned, installed. probed, deployed and documented.

The bidder is responsible for ensuring that the acquisition constitutes a technologically working entity with existing equipment at Myllyahtee substation. Where any element necessary for the operation of the equipment has remained within these procurement limits, it is considered that it is part of the acquisition and is included in the purchase price.

The rough content of the acquisition is described below. In more detail, the specification is described in the appendices to the request for tender.

• 24 kV 2-rail medium voltage transmission 2000A. Installed in two rows. The structural voltage of the instrument is 24 kV. The operating voltage of the instrument is 12 kV. The operating voltage must be taken into account in the implementation of the acquisition.

- 2 pcs feed cells

- 2 pieces of rail breaker cells

- measurements for IA, IB, IIA and IIB rails

- 24 pcs output cells

- 2 pieces of capacitor cells

- 1 piece self-drive transformer

- rail bridge

• Protection relays for cells (electrical station automation specification)

• The current substation ABB RTU560 can be renewed with cabinets or used in accordance with the current bidder's own decision. This should be multiplied in the content of the offer and note in the price.

• Installation of self-drive transformer with cables is included in the purchase (self-drive transformer is Subscriber delivery, not included in the purchase)

• Cabling and terminals

- existing medium-voltage supply and output cables and their terminals can be used if they are suitable for the new dashing. No continuations on medium voltage cables are allowed inside the station. New cables and terminals due to the design of the new dash board are included in the acquisition. Turning the output cables 11 pc from the old half to the new instrument during work is included in the price.

- APAK and APYAK cables will be renewed by the subscriber prior to the start of the instrument new. The length of the cables to be remade takes into account their adequacy for the new dashboard.

• Structural engineering works

- Demolition of old instrument and self-use transformer and transport off and processing of all other unloaded material in accordance with the Subscriber's environmental programme and Finnish laws and regulations

- dismantling the steel support structure on the back of the old dash board (not to be utilized in the new dash)

- the foundations required by the new instrument, as well as any other construction engineering work required for the new instrument. If the new dash is required to modify the cable channel or its covers, that work is included in the acquisition.

• Verification inspection

- the verification inspection of the acquisition is included in the acquisition. The verification inspection shall be carried out by an inspection body authorised by the TUKES.
