The purpose of the present procedure is to select a private partner, in this case a multidisciplinary team, to ultimately reach a contractual public-private partnership (PPP) between sogent and Arteveldehogeschool as a public partner on the one hand and a private partner on the other, with the objective of the realization of a mixed urban project on the site of the Dok Zuid project.

The private partner will be responsible for:

- the design, financing, realization and issuance of private development under the public burden of performing public environmental works at the (future) public domain,

- the design and realization of the campus and neighborhood-oriented functions for Arteveldehogeschool.
