The municipality of Kuerten intends to build a fire station for the Olpe extinguishing unit. The existing fire station is located in the centre of Olpe village. In many respects, it no longer meets the requirements and the applicable regulations or standards. As part of a feasibility study, the requirements for the new construction of a fire station have already been coordinated with the fire brigade and a new location at the outskirts of town has already been tested for its suitability. The feasibility study is part of the procurement documents.

All planning services for the needs-based new building of the Olpe fire station at the new location already defined in the green field are to be allocated to a general planner as part of this procurement process.

- Project planning traffic systems according to § 47 et seq. HOAI 2021 (LPH 1 to 9)

- Structural engineering according to § 51 et seq. HOAI 2021 (LPH 1 to 6)

- Technical equipment planning according to § 55 et seq. HOAI 2021 (LPH 1 to 9)

- Technical planning building physics according to appendix 1 HOAI 2021 (LPH 1 to 9)

- creation of fire protection concept
