Tenderers may choose to submit tenders in one or more tender areas. Each tender area is evaluated and awarded separately.

Tenders shall refer to all the constituent parts within the respective tender areas.

The contracting authority will adopt two (2) tenders per tender area provided that so many tenders are submitted and that so many tenders meet all mandatory requirements. Discripation will be by ranking.

The Supplier who meets the qualification requirements and has the lowest comparison price will be assigned a ranking of one (1) and will be asked first in connection with the assignment and the Supplier who meets the qualification requirements and has the second lowest comparison price will be assigned ranking two (2) and will be asked for an assignment when the Supplier with ranking one (1) declined an assignment or does not respond to the request within two (2) business days of the request.
