The subject of the procedure and the contract is to select the contractor for the successive performance of the printing and distribution service of thirty-two book titles (dictionaries) in the years 2023-2026, annually four titles in Polish and English (500 pcs. of each title), with a total volume of titles of approx. 640 publishing sheets, which gives a total of 16,000 copies of books (dictionaries). The order also includes the distribution of a certain number of printed books in a given calendar year (dictionaries) in Poland and abroad, according to the distribution list provided by the Ordering Party.
The subject of the procedure and the contract is to select the Contractor for the successive performance of the printing and distribution service of thirty-two titles of books (dictionaries) in the years 2023 – 2026, annually four titles in Polish and English (500 pcs. of each title), with a total volume of titles of approx. 640 publishing sheets, which gives a total of 16,000 copies of books (dictionaries). The Contractor shall carry out all activities related to the production of books and ensuring their target high quality, in accordance with the parameters and technical and quality characteristics adopted in this SWZ, in particular in terms of circulation, binding parameters, format, paper, number of pages and other information specifying the parameters and characteristics of book printing determined in the form of files submitted to the Contractor for printing in pdf format. The order also includes the distribution of a certain number of printed books in a given calendar year (dictionaries) to recipients other than the Ordering Party, in Poland and abroad, according to the distribution list provided by the Ordering Party including 94 addresses in Poland (4 titles / volumes in the Polish language version produced in each calendar year), 70 addresses in Europe (4 titles / volumes in English produced in each calendar year) and 40 addresses on in the USA (4 titles / volumes in English produced in each calendar year). During the entire duration of the framework agreement (2023-2026), it is planned to send a package of books four times to a particular address (each year a package of 4 titles/volumes, one by mail to a particular address). The remaining edition of the book made in a given year will be delivered by the Contractor to the headquarters of the Contracting Entity.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the contracting authority specified in the procurement documents, i.e. in the SWZ, the requirements for employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority in the field of performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code
