this contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with purchase orders for the realization of high and low current electricity works in common and private part, as well as intercom equipment on part of the heritage managed by ANTIN Residences as and when the needs of the Territorial Directorates and the Directorate of Specific Housing (Dhs) as part of its needs in Major Maintenance Work (Ge) and Fixed assets (Immo). This contract may, under certain provisions and conditions, be extended to certain rehabilitation operations within the framework of an "agreement for the integration of the purchase order market in a specific rehabilitation operation".
