The requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a high quality, cost effective and efficient translation, interpretation and transcription services to be delivered to the Trusts through this Contract, the Trusts seeks to ensure the delivery of a fully managed translation, interpretation and transcription service, that provides all ancillary services required for the delivery of this provision. This is to include the seamless, end-to-end delivery of a service that offers advisory and administrative support.
