The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the IT system entitled IT System of the Forest Guard and the execution of Orders resulting from the option right. The subject of the basic contract is the provision by the Contractor of services consisting in the delivery, implementation and maintenance of the IT system called the IT System of the Forest Guard, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Agreement, including in particular in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the Agreement and detailed in the Business Concept.
