The subject of the contract is the extension of the existing HCI cluster, purchase, delivery of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and licenses along with the implementation and provision of warranty services. The contracting authority requires the delivery of two nodes for the expansion of the HCI cluster. By node, the Ordering Party understands the equipment with a set of licenses and warranty support necessary to expand the HCI cluster. The customer requires the expansion of the current cluster by an additional 2 servers. In addition, the Ordering Party requires the provision of necessary licenses enabling the expansion of the currently used solution with new hardware resources. The Ordering Party requires that the newly delivered server resources and licenses are fully compatible with the currently used solution, both at the hardware and software level of Nutanix owned by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority will expand the current cluster as part of the new hardware resources, not build a new one. Newly delivered licenses must be
