The awarding authority intends to enter into a framework agreement in connection with this for:

Construction manager services and SHA coordinator services for investment and maintenance projects within the following three building categories:

1. School buildings, nursery buildings, sports centres and arts centres.

2. Residences (welfare housing, social housing, service housing, PU and psychiatry housing), administration buildings and other buildings.

3. Health buildings.
