The working environment condition in Norwegian employment is mainly good and most employees have good working conditions. However there are major challenges in some branches, amongst others, cleaning, hotel and restaurant, transport and building and construction. Here there are clear elements of non-serious companies that do not see to elementary requirements for working conditions and safety for employees. This creates challenges for the employees in the business, the companies that want to operate seriously and for the authorities.

The aim of the project is to get the best possible operative knowledge basis for the three party cooperation against non-serious companies in the nightlife and serving business. This will be central when the parties shall work out concrete aims, strategies and measures for branch cooperation.
