The contracting authority has decided to change the completion date to 15.11.2023, and as a result is also changing the deadline for tenders to 30.03.23.

The tender contest applies to the presentation of a preliminary project for a new Health and welfare centre at Rjukan.

The estimated value of the contract is: NOK 8,000,000 to NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract NS8401

The contract period for the Contract is expected to be signed 2023-03-21, commencing immediately. Takeover will be 2023-08-14 at the latest. The contract sum is not subject to regulation.

Contractual provisions The contractual relationship is governed by NS 8401:2010. The tender documentation annex is part of the contract documentation. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with all the contract terms.
