The provisions of this Special Clauses relate to:

removal services, furniture warnings and destruction in the context of eviction proceedings carried out between 1 April and 31 October of each year, on behalf of SA Hlm Immobiliere Du Moulin Vert and Foncière Du Moulin Vert.

The purpose of the expected services is to ensure the removal of furniture, storage and destruction on request of the

lessor.
