The contract includes the basic services of project management (project stages 1 partially, 2 to 5 completely), areas of action A-E as well as individual special services in accordance with AHO 2020 for the new construction of the Bigge-Olsberg fire station.

The city of Olsberg is planning the construction of a new fire station for the Bigge-Olsberg fire engine.

The new building is intended to replace the current fire station at a new location. The aim is to compensate for the space deficits in existing buildings through the new building.

The state of construction essentially still exists today, even if renovation measures have taken place on the building envelope over time. The central location is rated as good according to the fire protection requirement plan; the specified release times and assistance periods are reached. This was damaged by a fire on 13.09.2021 in the vehicle hall of the fire station.

According to the current status, estimated costs of approx. EUR 8.7 million (net) for KG 200 - 700 according to DIN 276 are assumed for the new building.

The subject matter of the present award procedure is the basic services for project management, project stages 1 (partially) and 2 to 5, areas of action A to E as well as certain special services according to AHO 2020.
