Since 2004, the European Commission monitors regularly, every 3 years, the quality of life in European cities through a dedicated perception survey, over a total of 83 European cities and Greater Cites.



The objective of the assignment is to collect and process data on the perception of the quality of life in European cities, using the questionnaire proposed in Annex A of this call and on the list of cities in Annex B of this call.
