Follow-up animated city center for the revitalization of the city center of Tarare

The purpose of this contract is the following:

- global animation of the habitat component,

- accompanying the fight against the vacancy,

- Specific support fight against unworthy and degraded housing, incentive component,

- support for condominiums in difficulty: identification, prevention and support,

- specific support for combating energy poverty and preventing its development,

- accompaniment of landlords,

- specific support for housing adaptation to aging and disability,

- evaluation of the downtown core revitalization operation and monitoring of the actions undertaken.

Market form: ordinary. Award of a single market.
