Framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders concluded without minimum amount and with maximum annual amount of 235,000 euros (excl. tax).

The initial duration of the framework agreement shall be 1 year from 1 September 2023, or from the notification of the framework agreement whichever is later. The Framework Agreement may be tacitly renewed 3 times

Non-scheduled passenger transport services for

- the travel of students from Yon's classes as part of their cultural and sports activities, extracurricular (peri-educational activities and small Wednesdays),

- the reorganization of the operation of one or more schools,

- the movement of students from schools to the leisure facilities on Wednesday lunchtime - for various trips initiated by the City of La Roche-Sur-Yon (holiday sports, other ...)

As an indication, it is envisaged about 4500 single trips on the communal territory and about 50 trips outside the municipal territory per year.

In view of the volumes of transport to be provided simultaneously, a multi-allocation is planned in order to allow the execution of transport services for all classes in Yon.

The Framework Agreement will therefore be awarded to a maximum of 3 operators, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders.

The procedures for issuing purchase orders to each operator are as follows: cascading purchase orders in accordance with the ranking of tenders.

As such, the candidate arrived in 1st position will be solicited for each purchase order. It is only in case of impossibility of the latter that the holder who has been classified in 2nd position will be solicited. If the latter is also unable to provide the services requested, the 3rd holder classified in 3rd position will then be requested.
