The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of "Collection and management of municipal waste generated in the Rudnik Commune"
. The subject of the contract includes:
1. Provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste, generated on inhabited and uninhabited properties, on which municipal waste is generated in the Rudnik Commune, in a way that enables the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Rudnik and the rules set out in the Resolution of the Commune Council on the determination of the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
2..Collection and management of all municipal waste transferred to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - (hereinafter abbreviated as "PSZOK") in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rudnik Commune. Individual fractions of waste to be collected from PSZOK are described in letter D (SOPZ) constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
3. Estimated/Forecast amount of waste to be collected from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties throughout the period covered by the order (i.e. in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024) – estimated at: 1824.274 Mg (i.e. basic range) and option right: additional 364.36 Mg.
4.. The scope and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is determined by:

Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Draft Agreement
5. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to submit the evidence in question.
6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to be insured in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft Agreement.
