Description:

As part of the project "The warning system for leaching of pesticides to groundwater", the National Geological Survey for Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) offers a framework agreement for the delivery of pesticide analyzes. The framework agreement runs for 2 years from the signing of the agreement and is assumed to have a total value of 7,000. The project aims to clarify whether a regular use of approved pesticides in maximum permitted dosages under real Danish soil conditions can result in leaching of the pesticides and / or their degradation products to the groundwater at concentrations above the limit value of 0.1 μg / L. The tasks in this call for tenders are to carry out water test analyzes obtained from experimental fields and to map their content of pesticides, and the water samples must be collected on 5 test fields distributed over Denmark.

The tender covers the following tasks:

1) Collection of water samples on the 6 experimental fields;

2) Laboratory analyzes;

3) Reporting based on the laboratory analyzes.

The purpose of the tender is for GEUS to use the results of the water test analyzes as part of the project "The warning system for leaching of pesticides to groundwater", which is a project carried out by GEUS, Institute of Agroecology and University of Aarhus in collaboration with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency. aims to clarify whether a regular use of approved pesticides in maximum permitted dosages under real Danish soil conditions may result in leaching of the pesticides and / or their degradation products to groundwater at concentrations above the limit value of 0.1 μg / L. The pesticides used include both newly registered pesticides, "large, old" pesticides such as glyphosate, as well as approved pesticides where it is assessed that the leaching compared to other pesticides is high. therefore ensuring that the Tenderers are able to analyze water pr samples for a variety of fabrics while continuously be able to develop analytical methods for new substances. Please refer to the tender documentation for a more detailed description of the requirements for the laboratory analyzes. Sampling is planned between 670 and 722 water samples per day. year. However, GEUS is not obliged to purchase a specific quantity during the contract period, but GEUS is expected to purchase DKK 3,500,000 annually. The water samples must be collected from 5 test fields geographically spread throughout Denmark, and in this connection it is the task of the tenderer to ensure that the water samples are collected and transported. Especially the drainage samples taken from the test fields with morels, it is GEUS 'wish that these be collected and transported once a month. For groundwater samples, these must only be collected once a month. Based on the laboratory analyzes of the water samples, the tenderers must be able to provide the analysis results electronically. Please refer to the tender documentation for an exact description of the requirements.

The tender will be conducted as a public tender, where the contract will be awarded using the "lowest price" award criterion found on the basis of an evaluation technical award. Please refer to the tender documentation for a detailed description.
