Maintenance of electrical installations - high voltage and low voltage. The contract extends to the properties of the Agglomeration Creil Sud Oise (ACSO) as described in the technical specifications of the Cahier des clauses techniques particular (CCTP).
Preventive and curative maintenance work on low voltage installationsThe consistency of the low voltage service concerns in particular:
For preventive maintenance:
- half-yearly and annual verification services will be carried out on the general low voltage switchboard (TGBT);
- semi-annual and annual verification of the divisional cabinets;
- relamping of gymnasiums and buildings for six to four weeks depending on the summer and winter period, a report will be drawn up after each visit with the recommendations and the delivery of the Q19 certificate. Low voltage corrective maintenance: the objective of this is to restore the equipment or the electrical installation concerned, so that it can perform its function in all conditions of reliability and safety. It integrates palliative maintenance (even temporary troubleshooting) and corrective maintenance. These operations are intended to restore an installation to order following a repair. In this context, the contractor offers an estimate for the repair of the defective equipment for repairs. He will then carry out the repair after acceptance of the estimate by the building owner of the Creil Sud Oise agglomeration.
Preventive and curative maintenance work on high voltage installations and transformersThe consistency of the high voltage service concerns in particular:
For preventive maintenance: the service provider will perform the annual check of the following two items:
- transformer station (Athlete);
- Marie Curie stadium in Nogent-sur-Oise 400 KVA;
- transformer station (gymnasium);
- Jules Uhry gymnasium in Creil 250 Kva.
Checks every four years of the cubicles of the two transformer substations and in particular:
- control compartment;
- HV equipment and cables compartment;
- busbar compartment;
- tests.
For these services, a report will be drawn up after each visit with the recommendations and the delivery of the Q19 certificate. High voltage corrective maintenance: the objective of corrective maintenance is to restore the equipment or electrical installation concerned, so that it can perform its function in all conditions of reliability and safety. It integrates palliative maintenance (even temporary troubleshooting) and corrective maintenance. These operations are intended to restore an installation to order following a repair. In this context, the holder offers a repair estimate for the defective equipment for repairs. He will then carry out the repair after acceptance of the estimate by the Agglomeration Creil Sud Oise.
