Bodø kommune shall carry out a minor reconstruction and refurbishment of the previous Vollen Nursing Home, in order to use the building for temporary office work spaces while the new Bodø Town Hall is built. Those who have their current office work stations at the existing Town Hall and previous Norges Bank premises shall move out and use these premises while the new Town Hall is built to assemble the Bodø kommune administration.

This competition enquiry comprises painting and wallpapering works, i.a. filling/painting of internal walls, replacement and repair of floor covering and equivalent renovation/refurbishment works.
