The successful Tenderer will be responsible for sourcing temporary accommodation for residents who may be impacted by Tideway works during the construction phase of the Thames Tideway Tunnel. The accommodation to be provided will be (predominantly) serviced apartments, located within approximately 3km of Tideway’s construction sites.
