1. The subject of the contract is: provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Nekla in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided by the Ordering Party into 2 parts:
(a) PART I "Collection, transport and handling of municipal solid waste with code 20 03 01 – unsorted waste (mixed);
(b) PART II – "Collection, transport and handling of municipal solid waste with codes 15 01 01 (paper and cardboard packaging), 15 01 06 (mixed packaging waste), 15 01 07 (glass packaging); 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste – biowaste) and municipal waste collected selectively in PSZOK.
