- Performing preventive installation maintenance on the E and W installation;

- Carrying out mandatory inspections and replacements on the E and W installation;

- Performing fault maintenance on the E and W installation;

- Replacing (parts of) the E and W installation in accordance with MJOP;

- Commissioned by De Rooi Pannen to realize adjustments to the installation (mutations).

The size of the contract for preventive maintenance is a total of approximately € 250,000 per year. For fault maintenance, approximately € 60,000 is spent per year, spread over all buildings of the Client. Based on current insights, approximately € 800,000 will be spent on replacements and investments in the coming years.
