Reception and development through recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from properties located within the municipality of Kampinos.

The object of the order is the collection and development through the recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from properties located within the Kampinos Municipality where residents live, as well as from the point of selective waste collection municipal (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) located in the village of Kampinos A near the sewage treatment plant and from the collection point of expired medicines and collection points of spent batteries (4 pcs.), in the manner of:

1) ensuring the achievement of levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., the Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010) and the current implementing acts to that act, including in particular:

- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14 December 2016 regarding recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery of other municipal waste fractions by other methods (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2167),

— by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on levels of limiting the mass storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412);

2) in accordance with the provisions of the existing Provincial Waste Management Plan adopted by Resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowiecki Voivodeship No 3/19 of 22 January 2019 on the enactment of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2024, hereinafter referred to as “PGO”, and in accordance with the duration of the contract Terms of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the territory of Kampinos Municipality

Details of the execution of the object of the order are described in the Annex to Nos 9, 10 and 10a to SWZ

The Contractor, as well as the subcontractor entrusted with the execution of the subject of the contract, pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, shall be obliged to employ on the basis of an employment contract for the entire period of implementation of the subject of the contract of physical workers (laborers) directly performing services as regards the performance of the object of the contract, as the activities carried out by them consist of carrying out the work within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1040,1043 and 1495).
