The subject of the contract is "Purchase of database sets for Provincial Branches in Gdańsk, Łódź and Toruń". The Contractor undertakes to deliver, install and implement the subject of the contract brand new – manufactured not earlier than in 2021, in accordance with applicable law and standards, fully valuable and usable for its intended purpose and coming from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the Polish market. Place of delivery:

1) server room in Gdańsk at 148 Marynarki Polskiej Street,

2) server room in Łódź at 58 Stefan Kopcińskiego Street,

3) server room in Toruń at 167 Włocławska Street.
