The subject of the contract is the preparation and implementation of an information and educational campaign, the main purpose of which is to raise the ecological awareness of society about the positive aspects of municipal waste segregation.

The contracting authority shall apply the procedure specified in Article 24aa para. 1 of the PPL Act.
Value of the contract: basic order PLN 1 619 062.50 net plus similar order 809 531.25 PLN net, total estimated value PLN 2 428 593.75 net. Detailed information in point II 2.4.
The subject of the contract is the preparation and implementation of an information and educational campaign, the main purpose of which is to raise the ecological awareness of society about the positive aspects of municipal waste segregation.
The contracting authority envisages the award of the contract referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6) of the Public Procurement Law, up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.
The subject of the above orders will be services:
• media relations activities;
• website maintenance,
• conducting an internet campaign.
The contract will be a repetition of similar services specified in the requirements for the basic contract and will be awarded on the terms specified for the basic contract.
Value of the contract: basic order 1 619 062.50 PLN net plus similar order 809 531.25 PLN net, total estimated value 2 428 593.75 PLN net.
Similar orders are so-called "complementary orders", which the Employer envisaged in the announced procedure.
This gives you the opportunity to award in the future an order under art. 67 section 1 item 6) of the Public Procurement Law, which may be awarded as a single-source contract, under separate proceedings. It may take place within 3 years of the contract being awarded. However, this is only a possibility that has been foreseen and which does not have to occur. The awarding entity, when providing such a possibility, was obliged to consider the value of contracts that may be awarded in the future pursuant to art. 67 section 1 point 6) and hence in the contract notice appeared information on contracts involving the repetition of similar services. The value of the basic order (subject of this procedure) is PLN 1 619 062.50 net, while the value of the "supplementary order" is PLN 809 531.25 net.
