Description:
The supply of electricity to the Municipality of Żabia Wola and organizational units

The subject of this order is the supply of electricity to the objects of the Contracting Authority, between 1.06.2022 and 31.05.2023 in accordance with Annex 8 to SWZ — Description of the subject of the contract

Electricity should meet technical standards according to the provisions of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 716 with zm) and the implementing regulations of this law and Polish Standards. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set out in Annex 8 to SWZ. The other conditions for execution of the contract are set out in the contract model (Annex 7 to the SWZ). The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract arising out of this public procurement procedure.

The estimated electricity demand for facilities between 01.06.2022 and 31.05.2023 is 1,272,605 kWh. The determination of the estimated electricity demand is an element for selecting the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the specified quantities.
