Description:
Maintaining the cleanliness of municipal playgrounds, fitness zones, graduation towers and dog runs in the city of Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the years 2023-2025

The scope of the contract includes:

1) collecting impurities,

2) emptying trash cans,

3) cleaning sidewalks,

4) cleaning of weeds and turf surfaces of sports fields, fitness zones and other hardened surfaces that are not a coherent pedestrian route,

5) maintenance of greenery,

6) removal of plant growths (including climbing plants such as ivy, vine)

from fences, ball catchers and playground equipment,

7) leveling of substrates from loose materials around and under equipment, liquidation of molehills,

8) washing playground equipment, benches and information boards,

9) removing inscriptions, graffiti, announcements, advertisements and stickers from playground equipment, trees, fences, lanterns, information boards and other small architecture devices,

10) maintenance of artificial grass surface (brushing),

11) washing synthetic surface.

1.The scope of the order includes:

2.Requirement of employment under a contract of employment. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing the following activities necessary to perform the contract:

1) mechanical and manual sweeping of sidewalks,

2) maintenance of greenery (mowing, cleaning from impurities, weeding, cutting suckers from trunks, branches of shrubs and trees and hedges),

3) emptying waste bins,

4) combating slippery slopes,

5) removal of grass and other plants on pavements, pitch surfaces, fitness zones and other paved surfaces,

6) washing playground equipment, benches and information boards,

7. transport of removed impurities.

The method of verification of employment, the authority of the contracting authority in the field of control and the sanctions for non-compliance are set out in the draft provisions of the contract.

3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by, m.in.: Description of the subject of the contract, Draft provisions of the contract, and the following attachments posted on the website of the proceedings constituting an integral part of the SWZ:

1) Appendix A – list of municipal playgrounds, fitness zones, graduation towers and dog runs

2) Appendix B – location of municipal playgrounds, fitness zones, graduation towers and dog runs

3) Appendix C – rules for maintaining cleanliness of municipal playgrounds, fitness zones, graduation towers and dog runs.

4. Requirements resulting from the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels:

In accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021

r. item 110, as amended) The Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%.
