Neue Wegen in the Bergstrasse district - a municipal job center, an approved municipal agency in accordance with Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up a flexible, comprehensive range of services for individual support in activating and orientating disadvantaged, employable beneficiaries at the Ried location who are remote from the labor market and who are disadvantaged and able to work.

The aim is to place the group of participants named under B.1.2 in employment on the primary labor market or in a more advanced measure through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives is to be supported by the increased use of practical units.

B.1.1 Description of the measure (objective and introduction)

Neue Wegen in the Bergstrasse district - a municipal job center, an approved municipal agency in accordance with Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), is planning to set up a flexible, comprehensive range of services for individual support in activating and orientating disadvantaged, employable beneficiaries at the Ried location who are remote from the labor market and who are disadvantaged and able to work.

The aim is to place the group of participants named under B.1.2 in employment on the primary labor market or in a more advanced measure through accompanying, individual and needs-based help and advice on the integration process. The achievement of objectives is to be supported by the increased use of practical units.

We define the measurable goals as follows:

When placing an apprenticeship or employment relationship on the primary labor market, a placement rate of 35% should be achieved.

A placement rate of 55% should be achieved in the placement in a more advanced measure.

When placing a company internship in the course of the measure, a placement rate of 70% should be achieved.

When evaluating the achievement of objectives, the individual agreements that are made jointly in support agreements or support plans are given priority.

B.1.2 Participants

Employable beneficiaries of any age and gender with multiple placement barriers who receive benefits according to the Second Social Code from Neue Wegen Kreis Bergstrasse - municipal job center. The group of participants will be made up of heterogeneous people (no restrictions regarding existing professional qualifications, professional experience, placement barriers and migration).
