The procurement concerns forwarding and transport services related to international and domestic art transportation in the National Gallery.

Sub-area 1 (Freight Forwarding) covers the organization of transport at home and abroad with related services.

Section 2 (Road transport) concerns the transport of art objects by road.

The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the procurement documents.

Component 1 (Freight Forwarding) covers the organization of transport operations at home and abroad with related services such as arranging or forwarding international and domestic transport, pick-up and return services, customs clearance services, import and export clearance, design and manufacture of boxes, packaging, storage , conservation, courier services and similar forwarding services.

Three (3) framework contract suppliers will be selected for Lot 1.

Section 2 (Road transport) concerns the transport of art objects by road. It is mainly about art transport in Finland. The most common other services outsourced to the industry are related to shipping boxes, packing and storage and are ordered as needed.

Four (4) framework contract suppliers will be selected for Lot 2.
