New construction of the fire station Gilching - property planning services outdoor facilities

The municipality of Gilching intends to construct the construction of a fire station including a vehicle hall with 15 parking spaces in Gilching on the Starnberger Weg.

The following services are advertised for this: property planning services outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI, service phases 1-2 pro rata after the bidder has been determined and service phases 3-9 complete. The service phases are commissioned in stages:

Level 1: Service phases 1-4 (LPH 1-2 pro rata)

Level 2: work phases 5-8

Stage 3: Performance phase 9

The service phases 1-2 of the building and interior design services as well as outdoor facilities have already been provided by the office ArgeArchitekten, Waldkirch. This pre-planning, which has already been created, forms the basis of the currently ongoing development planning process.
