Project planning building

The Schneeberg Initial Reception Centre (EAE) consists of three accommodation buildings, a multi-purpose building and a guard building. Compared to the previous use by the Bundeswehr, the changed and at times intensive use by asylum seekers in 2015 led to severe moisture penetration of the existing building fabric.

The sanitary facilities in the building must therefore be thoroughly renovated. The Free State of Saxony, ultimately represented by the state-owned company Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement, intends to renew the existing sanitary facilities, including the renewal of the damaged building fabric of the rooms concerned.

The estimated costs of KG 200 - 600 (according to DIN 276) are approx. 4,450,000.00 €/gross. Of this, KG accounts for 300 = € 2,850,000.00 and KG 400 = € 1,600,000.00.

The subject of the planned commissioning of this VgV procedure is the scope of services for object planning of buildings in accordance with § 34 et seq. in conjunction with No. 10.1 of Annex 10 HOAI, with service phases 2, 3, 5 to 8. The commissioning of the services takes place in stages. Details can be found in the contract, as well as in the appendix to § 6-Specific performance obligations to the contract.
