The tender is to supply the GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH and FAIR GmbH, Darmstadt with furniture for modern office equipment (usually computer workstations) and accessories, office swivel chairs, visitor chairs, bar stools and other small pieces of furniture as well as acoustic elements in accordance with Description of services. The lots must be offered separately.

The following lot division applies to this tender:
- Lot 1 - office furniture (technical minimum requirements according to LV);
- Lot 2 - chairs (technical minimum requirements according to LV).
Each applicant can apply for all or only for individual lots. Each bidder can be awarded the contract for one or more lots in accordance with the evaluation and award criteria announced.

- 4 FSC certificate for the use of raw materials from sustainable cultivation (including eco-label) from 2019;
- 5 environmental labels (at least 3; e.g. Green Dot, RESY or Blue Angel, etc.);
- 6 EMAS registration (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme);
- 7 Company size - Number of commercial employees Permanent at least 25 employees for lot 1;
- 8 company size - number of commercial Permanent employees at least 50 employees for lot 1;
- 9 Delivery with own vehicle fleet at least Euronorm 6 (The delivery / delivery must be carried out in a climate-neutral manner. Corresponding documents and evidence must be submitted for this, the costs for the compensation are already taken into account in the offer prices);
