This contract concerns the Entrustment Procedure pursuant to Articles 4 and 15, published in the European context for the sole purpose of ensuring maximum participation in accordance with the aforementioned article 4 applicable to the sector of excluded contracts referred to in the same regulatory complex, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, which can be signed pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, referred to herein as a form applicable contractual, for the Supply of Compact Systems for Mobile Detection (SRM) of the quality of receipt of MF and DAB services, including ordinary and evolutionary Maintenance, (hereinafter” Performance”), under the conditions all established in these Regulations, in the Technical Specifications (Annex B), in the Framework Agreement Scheme and in the related “RAI CGC”.
