Procurement of three identical emergency fire trucks 10 (HLF 10) in accordance with DIN 14530-26:2019 -11 for the municipalities of Bischofswerda, Lichtenberg and Ottendorf-Okrilla as part of a collective procurement

The city of Bischofswerda is procuring three identical emergency fire trucks 10 (HLF 10) in accordance with DIN 14530-26:2019 -11 as part of a collective procurement. All three contractual partners have concluded a contract for this collective procurement. The city of Bischofswerda was commissioned as the lead municipality in this award and procurement process. The city of Bischofswerda carries out the award procedure on its behalf and on behalf of the municipalities of Lichtenberg and Ottendorf-Okrilla. According to the decision of the three city and municipal councils, the city of Bischofswerda awards the contract to the most economical offer. The contracts for their vehicle are concluded separately by each municipality with the bidder to whose offer the total surcharge was awarded. Each municipality is solely responsible for collecting, exercising and asserting all rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract.
