the stipulations of the CCTP concern the collection by appointment of bulky items on a part of the territory, i.e. 93 municipalities (46 municipalities of the territory of the CAPH and 45 municipalities of the territory of the Ca2c).

These services are to be provided on all public or private roads, open to traffic. When certain streets are not passable by the usual vehicles, the Holder will make all arrangements for the service to be provided to the citizen. It will specify in its technical brief the measures taken to guarantee the collection of bulky items on all tracks.
