The contract includes 4 components:Component 1 - the diagnosis of the existing - identification and mapping of existing furniture and specific equipment in the services - assistance in the establishment of criteria allowing the reuse of certain furniture in the city (functional, qualitative, aesthetic in connection with the constraints of the building and the image of the new city) - proposal of an action plan for the fate of existing furniture Part 2 - development of a furniture charter - Analysis of programming studies already carried out on the building for the construction project, - the collection of the needs of each department, - definition of the typologies of furniture in relation to the constraints set in the micro-zoning, - the design of interior fittings, including furniture and signage requirements, - the development of a furniture charter in connection with the principles and concepts of workspace layout Component 3 - Change management in terms of furniture and layout - Support for the project team and services in change management before and during the move into the premises and assistance with internal communication - Follow-up and feedback on the first year following the move-in? On this aspect, the degree of support and assistance is to be modulated in connection with the change management that intervenes on the project.part 4 - the coordination of purchase, delivery and installation operations - the Association of services for the choice of furniture on the basis of the furniture charter - the formalization of the expression of need - specifications - assistance in the purchase of furniture, Particular attention will be paid to furniture resulting from reuse - phasing of furniture installations with links to the moving schedule and delivery schedule - Furniture installation follow-up and furniture reception - Support to project management for transfers from current service sites
