Application phase: the project management mission will be of the basic mission + OPC type. It is necessary for the operation of various reorganization works of the Deville site of the TJ of Toulouse:

- to densify the site in order to accommodate the social center and the CPH, services of the TJ court of Toulouse;

- to bring the site up to accessibility standards in compliance with ADAP;

- to upgrade VDI installations;

- to carry out related work such as fire compliance, safety upgrades or even renovation work (heating networks, waterproofing, roofs), etc. The Deville site is a 5th category W type ERP (with work code zones), a SUB of approximately 1,850 m 2 , on five levels. The work will take place on an occupied site receiving the public and in two phases, a priori for a start at the end of 2022 and a delivery in 2023 (or even 2024) depending on the date of obtaining funding for phase 2. The total estimated amount of the work is around 1,465,000 EUR excluding tax.
