Kristiansand Port shall develop the site for On and Offshore Services AS (OOS) in

Kongsgård. The site is located at the rear of the old landfill that is enclosed by

pier 35 and covered. The terrain rises backward from pier 35 to a heigh of approx. 6.5 m

for the back area. The Port wants to sink the site area set aside for

the use of OOS so that it comes more in-line with the height of the surrounding area.

The site has a total surface of approx. 3 750 m2. Aside from the site area itself, along axis

one, a retaining wall shall be established and incline up to the remaining terrain level.

The total prepared area will therefore be approx. 4 000 m2.
