TVIS has been approved by project proposals following the Heat Supply Act establishing a new approximately 5 km transmission line from Middelfart district heating to Strib, establishing a new exchanger building. So that the citizens of Strib can transition from expensive heat produced on natural gas to cheaper and more environmentally friendly heat from TVIS.

The establishment of the transmission line tendered in a public offering with a general contractor responsible for construction work, pipe works and pipe and component delivery incl. muffemontage.
