Service covers provision for ileostomy, colostomy and urostomy, plus all accessory and associated ostomy products. The personalised, discrete and confidential Home Delivery Service Provision should be predicated on presentation of a Home Care Pack, provided free of charge to clients/patients via the hospital, upon discharge, which provides comprehensive products and information for the patient. This should be followed-up in the home environment with an easy to engage with FP10 management system that includes the timely delivery of the necessary products directly to clients/patients, working within the specific requirements of Prescription Ordering Direct services (POD).The Product Delivery Service should also include a bespoke Cutting Service. This service should be supported with appropriate information management and periodic Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
