The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity to the GSZ-I station at Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 4 street in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski with a voltage of 110 kV in the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 for further resale and for own needs. The estimated annual electricity consumption is: Electricity in the A23 tariff - a total of about 9,328,173 MWh;

The awarding entity presented the estimated amount of electricity consumption. The Employer anticipates that the actual amount of electricity consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices. Thus, the forecast energy consumption described does not constitute an obligation for the Employer to purchase energy in the given amount. Settlement for the implementation of the subject of the contract will be made at prices based on a flexible electricity purchase model based on actual energy consumption
