These are geotechnical services required for flood prevention projects and on wet networks in several departments of Nîmes Métropole. This market corresponds to a mission of reconnaissance and geotechnical and geophysical tests for the studies and the realization of the hydraulic installations carried out by the water management of Nîmes Métropole (prevention of floods, drinking water, used water, rainwater) .
The investigations requested from the holder carried out within the framework of the developments planned by the water department or other departments of Nîmes Métropole may concern:
- the sites of future or existing reservoirs: dikes, basin, specific hydraulic structures,
- the hydrographic network (cadereau, ditch, etc.),
- wet networks: pipes and structuring structures (pumping stations, water towers,
tanks, STE).
The mission of the holder may include:
- geophysical investigations: electrical, electromagnetic, seismic (explosive or ground) method, geological radar, reconnaissance by micro gravimetry and MASW,
- geotechnical investigations: shovel or auger drilling, core or destructive drilling, which can be associated with different types of tests and auscultations (mechanical tests, permeability tests). They should make it possible to specify the nature of the ground as well as their mechanical characteristics. This research may be supplemented by penetrometer tests (static or dynamic),
- laboratory characterization tests,
- submission of reports of geotechnical missions of type G1, G2, G4 and G5 defined by the Union Syndicale Géotechnique and according to standard Nf-P94-500 (November 2013).
The operator must have the means enabling him to simultaneously perform several geotechnical and geophysical services on site

The services will be the subject of an open call for tenders made in application of articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2162-1 et seq. Of the public procurement code. This market fixes all contractual stipulations.
The contract is the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount of 10,000 EUR HT and without maximum amount, signed in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162 -6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. These services are performed as and when the purchase orders issued by the contracting authority are issued and are settled according to the unit prices in the unit price schedule.
