The wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia requests your offer for the following service package:
Closed telecommunications network and related options
The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:
A) Main operator for approximately 130 destinations, with option for route duplication to approximately 16 destinations.
B) Verification operator for approximately 16 destinations. No route duplication or a different route is required compared to the connections provided by Company A.
The provider may provide services in one or two areas. Separate requirement specifications (Appendix 1A and/or 1B) and price appendices (Appendix 2B and/or 2B) must be completed and attached to the tender to be submitted as part of the tender to be submitted. The comparison and procurement decision are made separately for both areas.
Different Suppliers will be selected for areas A and B due to the verification of data connections. The bid comparison is first made for Lot A and then the bid of the winner of Lot A is excluded from the comparison of Lot B.
Alternative offers will not be accepted. More detailed tender requirements can be found in Annexes 1A and 1B to this invitation to tender, which indicate the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided.
List (addresses) of the wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia for sub-area A Appendix 4A for the wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia target list and for sub-area B Appendix 4B for the wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia target list. With regard to possible future destinations (addresses), the Customer has the right, but not the obligation, to request tenders for new connections from suppliers in both areas (A and B)
The contract period and terms of the contract in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. In accordance with the invitation to tender, Annex 5 Preparedness, Appendix 6 Terms and conditions for processing personal data and Appendix 7 HYVAEP Information Security Supplement, JIT 2015 Services Services and JIT2015 General Terms and Conditions for the Wellbeing Services Region of South Ostrobothnia will be added as appendices to the agreement.
The procurement complies with the Procurement Act. The procedure is an open procedure above the EU threshold.
