Description of the subject matter and scope of the procurement

The procurement includes surveillance services to the following addresses:

Örebro: Åkullegatan 14. SCB's main building which is about 8000 sqm (Kexen 2), visiting address (main entrance).

Örebro: Norrbackavägen 11-13. The goods reception located next to SCB's main building, about 800 sqm.

Örebro: Local located on Öster. The room is about 100 sqm.

Solna: Solna Strandväg. The premises area is 7149 sqm distributed over 7 floors.

Stockholm: Garrisonen, Karlavägen 100.

The procurement includes the following guarding services:

Roundering coverage

Larmutryckning

Alarm transfer

SCB needs the surveillance services above for all premises in Örebro and Solna. When it comes to SCB's premises at the garrison in Stockholm, SCB only needs alarm transmission and alarm response.

Furthermore, the procurement also includes the following monitoring services that Statistics Sweden will be able to call off as an option:

Extra monitoring

Assault alarm (alarm button in room)

Personal protection

Protector

Technical inspection/surveillance (sweep room, hidden camera etc.)

Easier repair work

The need is clarified and concretized in section 4.5.

The scope of the assignments will vary during the contract period and Statistics Sweden does not undertake to purchase a certain volume. The maximum value of the framework agreement is SEK four million during the contract period.
